No, there are worse
This affects quite a few people still, classic birdcel. It's not absolutely terrible

The worst would be either of these:

• Low IPD with high nasal bridge
• Low FWHR, with monkey projected ears
• Wide, big nose with narrow lips
• Wide temples with narrow jaw
• Wide jaw with narrow lips
• Bald + chinlet
• Undereye Infraorbital Rim recession + Sclera Show
