can't, i feel like a junkie withdrawing when i don't get my fast food and sugar fix.
 
what you mean, is you should find a coping mechanism that is easier to hide, hidden alcohol compartment, abusing testosterone, playing video games, or idk, what works for me is going to the gym late night and pedalling around the city with my bike, after drinking just a little bit of booze, gives peace of mind

i eat like 1000 cal tofay . just sitmax to conserve energy and not get hungry . that is if u care about eating less per se and not weight loss . which may matter for slowing ageing , but seems most are obsessed with wegith loss lol .
 
I exclusively eat raw meat raw eggs raw milk and have not deviated for years at this point aside from briefly trying a little low sugar fruit like bell peppers and apricots awhile back, but I quit that. The problem isn't really sticking to that food, but the amount that I eat. If I buy high fat ground beef, it is very very easy for me to eat 4lbs in a sitting. I have found that eating leaner meat and emphasizing protein makes it easier to stay low calorie. I have been eating about 1500kcals a day for the past few days

if you avoid carbs and cooked foods the aging thing doesn't matter.

i agree with cooked foods . high protein make age more tho . if u eat high protein its crititcal u eat low calorie .

i only eat like 40-60 gram protein

no im stable weight . like 57 kg . not trying to bulk jfl . alos how could i bulk on low calorie . im trying to be in state of low grade hibernation ofsorts .

this op i boot up 4chan or video game and i forget im hungry, alternatively i just drink a cup of coffee with 10x the normal instant coffee amount
