Hi guys, i'm new here
I want to start mewing, and i got drowned in the amount of resources concerning mewing methods. So i resort to your sympathy in order to help me find the best resources in order to mew the proper way.

I've already watched Brett Maverick's videos and they seem pretty relevant, but the guy was a chad since a long time, and I think he kinda surfed over the "mewing wave"
Also, what is hard-mewing?

I prefer more "straight to the point" type videos, i don't want to bother myself understanding all the mechanisms of mewing, just wanna know the proper way to do it

Opinions are mixed, i've seen a lot of mewers who are satisfied with their results. I know it doesn't work for anybody, but I want to take a shot, knowing that it doesn't cost anything

You have to hard mew and face pull, soft mewing does nothing

What does hard mewing mean? Putting some pressions on upper teeth with your lower teeth?

Just mewing with as much tongue force as possible for as long as possible, focusing heavily on the back third of the tongue.

just close you mouth and make sure no air trap inside, if you cant even do that, no amount of pic and vid can save you

mewing is only posture for not looking like retard,
most other stuff are COPE,
not sure about effect on kids and i IDGAF since im not a kid anymore

just close you mouth and make sure not air trap inside, if you cant even do that, no amount of pic and vid can save you

I'm not expecting tremendous progress as i would expect from jaw implants, but since mewing is just the correct way to rest your face, i'll try to do it

There are 10000 videos on YouTube about mewing. Just swallow while smiling and keep your tongue pressed up in the highest position it reaches.

Probably not, gonial angle is Based on the structure of the mandible and isn't affected by mewing. You however can change the resting position of your jaw and thus the angle of your jawline with respect to the rest of your head
