When I was new to eating raw egg yolks, I hated the taste, I would force myself to drink it and I would gag like crazy and be on the verge of vomitting it out.

I would see people saying your body gets used to it and that you will like the taste after some time and I would think these guys are bullshitting and this will never be the case for me because I actually hated the taste so much.

Now I am here, I can easily drink them without any issues. It makes me feel great and the taste isn't bad. Full of saturated fats, cholesterol, B vitamins, retinol, vitamin A, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin K and many more.

If you're worried about the avidin in egg whites just throw them down the drain. They do not have any vitamin value or any minerals at all, other than a little bit of protein that is only %50 absorbed when raw. The whites are useless.

Tbh yesterday i tried drinking the white and had no issues. I could drink it like water, i was sipping and enjoying it was pretty hydrating, but that was an one time thing i wont drink whites they got avidin

Other than a slight smell raw eggs taste completely fine tbh
