vegans get hollow eyes this is widely known, now im eating the animal foods with the most nutrients to maybe compensate and i defo feel and look better but idk if it will fix my eyes , but i saw an ig reel of a guy who claimed to eat a lot of raw milk and liver after being vegan and his eyes went from over tier hollow to nice and thick , it might be filler or somethign tho, but if he isnt lying its an insane result

I have had issues with this, and I have hollow cheeks when I am debloated, legit ascends me from around 4.75ish psl to around 5.5 psl

follow the plan given to me when i asked chatgpt how to emulate fastForWord programmes to get the same results , and do the premotor area exercise which is write chinese words with a lot of detail with the right hand and left eye clised and then left hand and right eye closed , thats given me good results but i have done the fastforword plan cos its long , also i would recommend travelling over areas that are complex like a city and mentally mapping this area causes your brain to struggle right? thats you stimulating your parietal lobe, for me what i did was go on every bus route in my borough and the boroughs next to me then use that to visualize the boroughs in my mind , also getting better at the number memory test will enhance the prefrontal cortex. And ill also play the zelda iq test rom hacks you need 160iq to play zelda revenge of einstein
