High chances those celebrities aren't well informed about surgery most of the time (and fall for those Beverly Hills filler propaganda machines). Also even if they wanted to get true surgery and not fillers (think about custom implants, for example), most of them don't have 1 gap year to look like complete and utter shit and scape paparazzis 100% of the time. They are busy making movies and can't afford to lose 2 or 3 big roles, hurt their carreers and lose millions in the process.

Unironically, a Looksmax user with money and the right info is in a better place to get surgeries than most actors, because you have time, no one knows about you and you still have access to the top doctors worldwide (which are not in Beverly Hills btw).
