Do you know how heavy 230 lb of weight is?
Basically you could only look normal at that weight is that if you are legit JACKED AND 6'3 like the Rock or comics Superman.
From the looks of your pictures here with the fact that you are not even 5'5 and you don't even have any muscle definition AT ALL.
Seriously for your own sake @Zer0/∞ , lose weight (and fat most importantly) or die in agony by your own fat.
