it's really helpful but you sacrifice your gut health in the long term cause excessive artifical sweetners like that feed the bad kind of gut bacteria which then causes you to crave more sugary things, i don't have more than 1-2 cans per day

thank god im on ozempic now and don't need to rely on that shit anymore
