Zinc is needed to create testosterone. The enzymes in red are zinc dependent. Without a daily ZINC surplus, your T LEVELS aren’t as HIGH as they could be

A zinc deficient diet down regulated zinc transporters to your Leydig Cells (T producing cells), ZnT7… Causing a reduction in THE ACTIVITY OF THOSE ENZYMES and Testosterone Synthesis, implying they’re zinc dependent.

Stop eating legumes, corn, wheat, grains (white rice good), nuts (macadamia good) and spinach. They induce Zinc (and mineral) deficiency - huge amount of antinutrients which will cause malnourishment.

Jfl if your diet is not primary muscle and organ meats with some non anti nutrient veggies and fruits on the sides occasionally

Just eat meat, eggs and milk. Oysters are also good for zinc but expensive.

Spinach is fine. It quite literally has a steroid compound in it.

If they are not prepared for properly.
Doesn't matter much, even with preparation majority of the magnesium and calcium in spinach gets attached to the oxalate and isn't bioavaible

Boiling it will lower the oxalate by 30%->80%.
