I stopped taking zinc for like a month a half. I noticed my hair felt thin and was norwooding. I have taken zinc for 2 days and already hair is feeling thicker and recession is going away somewhat fast. Zinc is life

Zinc helps hair loss but also increases dht which in turn causes hair loss ik that doesnt answer ur question but theres no study on how long would it take for zinc to affect hair specifically i just doubt it would only take 2
