Basic Information
ZINC40099027 also known as ZN27 is classified as an FAK activator
The FAK pathway is responsible for many things but in this thread we will look at its relations corresponding to WNT upregulation, mTOR upregulation, mechantransduction upregulation, and the potential of it being osteoanabolic and causing periosteal apposition
Exhibit A, FAK Overview
This pubmed study about FAK specifically targets the fact that FAK signalling is crucial for craniofacial ossification and regeneration, certain photographic images in the study clearly depict the fact that FAK signalling showed a more developed craniofacial structure, reduced FAK signalling showed less ossification craniofacially causing a recessed structure.

In this study FAK promoted early osteoprogenitor cell proliferation by enhancing mTORC1 signaling, FAK acting on the progenitor cells showed moderate-above moderate bone mass, FAK is crucial to mTOR due to the fact that in this study, FAK deficient mice had less mTOR activation in the progenitor cells but not in FAK deficient osteoblast.
This study also focused on dual treatment, FAK inhibition and PYK2 Inhibition, the outcome of this was osteopenia, decreased osteoblast count, decreased BMSC proliferation, and decreased mTORC1 signalling. What we did learn from this experiment is that inhibiting either one is bad, inhibiting both is worse, and that FAK directly signals WNT/beta-catenin and mTORC1

Exhibit B, ZINC40099027(ZN27) Overview
ZN27 is a selective FAK activator that has profound positive effects for Bone and Rapid Gastrointestinal Mucosal Healing This study shows and talks about its effects on Gastrointestinal Mucosal Healing, this while not being a keyword known to this platform, can be great for people running things like Trenbolone, the study itself doesn't mention AAS in particular, we can infer through some critical thinking that ZN27 could be used for someone running AAS because it can be used to treat AAS induced Gastrointestinal distress
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8071155/
This particular study exercised the idea of ZN27 being good for bone growth and blood vessel growth, the results came from the combined use of ZN27 and Mechanotransduction, the only reason ZN27 is heavily tied to Mechanotransduction is because FAK is a "Mechanoresponsive" protein and ZN27 activates FAK, but as a result of the combined use of ZN27 and Mechanotransduction, what was observed was bone and blood vessel growth
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10750334/
Summarization
So through basic inference, critical thinking, and major researching, I have concluded that ZN27, while not readily available, is one of, if not, the best bone growth compounds due to the fact that it upregulates WNT and mTOR through upstream activation of FAK, and that is very good for Mechanotransduction
