My zygos are already wide but because of recessed maxxila of death my zygos arent really that projected forward.
Im not leanmaxxed yet, so I cant tell for sure how projected my zygos will looklike, but my brothers zygos seem to be more projected despite being more fat because his maxilla isnt recessed as mine.

would it be possible to get zygo implants despite having already wide zygos?
@Lorsss I need a high IQ poster like you

Of course its always possible, but your ES ratio will probably become retarded if you make them wider. Also if you get implants make sure it doesnt look gay, don't go for too big implants or you will look plastic as fuck. Also get them just to get forward projection and a nice ogee curve. Not to make your face wider.

I think it is possible to get implants that only provide saggital projection without increasing the lateral projection of the zygos.

@RealSurgerymax can you confirm?

Just get implants that add forward projection ... make sure the projection is concentrated in the outside of eyes and infraorbital region instead of just above the dental arch like plastic surgeons tend to do. This will make your zygos/ cheekbone bigger whilst remaining dimorphic .. otherwise you get the feminine low set cheekbone look
