no you're gonna need mse to widen your dental arch and smile unless you wanna have a broader face but have your mouth size remain the same

MSE is not an aesthetic surgery it descends almost everyone... just naturally try to expand your palate or do other things...

you could get the mouth widening surgery but i think it looks too uncanny from what ive seen and heard but theres barely any results…..!!!
