Yes 100% there is no strong evidence proving that it works, only theories and "before and Afters" that are clearly frauded, also when u do type of shit like zygo pulling, u will listen to other advice which are not 100% cope. Like good sleep, protein ect. That also helps u fraud before and after. Dw bro I used to do it and my zygos didn't change a bit in 5 months
