Why don’t people who smoke cigs or vape just take zyns? Literally the safest roa compared to inhaling smoke plus you’re not raping your collogen in the process. I’ve been lowering my mg and literally don’t have the desire to smoke anymore. My skin and overall body feeling has improved. Smoking can also hinder your gains in the gym. If you are constantly around people who vape or smoke cigs just fight the urge and build that self discipline nigga.
