0.05% Tret Questions

I honestly have like little to no clue how to use it the stuff I know so far is
• start using 3 times per week and increase later
• do the sandwich method (moisturizer, Tret, moisturizer)
• wash face before
• only small pea size amount and do small dots all over your face
• use at night
• use sunscreen

Am I missing anything, or is any of my info wrong? I also know you gotta wash it off but I have like no clue how long your supposed to wait, am I supposed to sleep with it on and wash my face in the morning? I’m planning on using 0.1% when my tube is all gone too
