I think that racial superiority can be a good thing if it gives you confidence and pride in yourself. Better than being a white guilt faggot. In some cases religion can be a good cope if it helps depression and what not.

Sure but any of these can be beneficial in moderation. Religion can provide community, masculinity can provide structure and backbone, friends/family can provide warmth.

Nationalism and Racism work the least because they are the most extreme. You become actively hateful in most cases in order to believe in them.

Religion - believing in some shit that doesn't exist and was only created to make you cope about the hardships of life believing there's a better afterlife as long as you're a good goy slave in this life

Masculinity - believing you have some divine masculine gender role to fulfill to society, ex: being a betabuxx provider in a marriage for a woman, dying for merhhh curntry.

Nationalism/Patriotism - Believing your country is the best despite your politicians continuously fucking you over and sending you to die in pointless wars.

Racial-superiority: believing your race is the best even if you're a low quality off spring of said race but you believe you're still entitled to all of the innovations that race has made

Family/Friends: believing life is all about muh family and friends even tho they're all constantly jealous and insecure of you and will throw you under the bus for their own benefit.
