1 year thumbpulling bonesmashing and chin tucks progress (pics)

same weight and bf in both pics and they are taken in the same spot with same lighting with a neutral expression roughly a year apart

i followed oscar patels guide for thumbpulling and bonesmashed my jaw and chin. I also did 3 sets of 20 reps of chin tucks everyday
