Yesterdays it was day one of my 1000 calorie deficit shit I'm doing. And It went successful. Today is the day two of this 1000 calorie deficit diet I have. I ate one meal yesterday it was some meat and potatoes and today I ate it again and won't eat until tommorow.... However I was think of eating 3 eggs tommorow and 2 bananas.
Daily I'm drinking 3L of water. It's all going good. But I have to watch out a lot, I'm cutting all the processed carbs and junk food.
It's not a big deal if I accidentally intake 200-300 more calories in a while if I don't notice, as long as I'm burning more. But I said accidentally, not on purpose.
