I was deep into training but that was already a year ago so I decided to hop on a cycle to get my old gains back quicker, but it actually got me multiple steroid accusations; for every week I’ve trained people around me would’ve only achieved in about 4 weeks.

Good oral bioavailability (no injections - the reason I went with this cycle)​

On Cycle​

About 2 days after my first pill of LGD I had an extremely bad salivary-gland inflammation; I ate not a single thing for about 5 days and then only slowly got back on track after that. It was a blessing in disguise, which was also why I dropped the bulk, the fasting melted a lot of fat off my body so that was literally God making me shredded. I’d say I probably dropped 2.5+% bodyfat from that.​

My skin got really messed on cycle tho; my forehead got extremely dry and was full of acne which I’ve never had before. My traps also got a lot of acne which is why people accused me of blasting actual roids because it literally looks like roid skin sadly.​

​

The biggest side effect I got was the ungodly amount of hair I’ve gotten all across my body. I never heard anybody mention that they got excessive body hair from SARMs but I got absolutely wrecked with that. I’d say my leg hairs probably tripled in density and my forearm has at least double the hair now. I hope that stuff is not permanent.​

I got pretty substantial Erectile Dysfunction but I also gooned every single day on cycle so that could also have been the cause.​

I also grew to 187 cm which is pretty nice, so +1 cm.​

My advice to you​

I didnt know that Enclomiphene can cause growth plates to close prematurely and that it is apparently extremly bad in every aspect, before the cycle (or even during it) so i dont know if this exact cycle could be recommended. But what i can recommend is LGD, I didnt really talk about the strenght gains but the strenght you experience in the first 3 weeks is INSANE. I was litterally doing 5kg+ on everything from workout to workout (doing 5 a week btw). This didnt last very long sadly.
If you wanna actually do a first cycle id just opt with testosterone and maybe anavar. If youre scared of needles practice injecting peptides and then just dont be a pussy when you have to do an actual intra muscular injection for test.

To any actual roiders: I'll deffinetly drop the Enclo next time, will still use it for the PCT tho.

The salivary gland infection due to 90% certainty did not have anything to do with the LGD or the enclo. However, I find it a bit suspicious that immediately after starting that or like a week after I experience such a problem for some reason this happens to me pretty often after I take some thing new for example even with BPC157 which is supposed to have barely any side effects. Usually, the only side effect of you will experience is erectile dysfunction, which should disappear afterwards it did for me naturally I did not really experience ED but just less blood flow down there. Acne aswell which will also disappear afterward, like 90% of it

I was deep into training but that was already a year ago so I decided to hop on a cycle to get my old gains back quicker, but it actually got me multiple steroid accusations; for every week I’ve trained people around me would’ve only achieved in about 4 weeks.

About 2 days after my first pill of LGD I had an extremely bad salivary-gland inflammation; I ate not a single thing for about 5 days and then only slowly got back on track after that. It was a blessing in disguise, which was also why I dropped the bulk, the fasting melted a lot of fat off my body so that was literally God making me shredded. I’d say I probably dropped 2.5+% bodyfat from that.​

My skin got really messed on cycle tho; my forehead got extremely dry and was full of acne which I’ve never had before. My traps also got a lot of acne which is why people accused me of blasting actual roids because it literally looks like roid skin sadly.​

​

The biggest side effect I got was the ungodly amount of hair I’ve gotten all across my body. I never heard anybody mention that they got excessive body hair from SARMs but I got absolutely wrecked with that. I’d say my leg hairs probably tripled in density and my forearm has at least double the hair now. I hope that stuff is not permanent.​

I got pretty substantial Erectile Dysfunction but I also gooned every single day on cycle so that could also have been the cause.​

I also grew to 187 cm which is pretty nice, so +1 cm.​

My advice to you​

I didnt know that Enclomiphene can cause growth plates to close prematurely and that it is apparently extremly bad in every aspect, before the cycle (or even during it) so i dont know if this exact cycle could be recommended. But what i can recommend is LGD, I didnt really talk about the strenght gains but the strenght you experience in the first 3 weeks is INSANE. I was litterally doing 5kg+ on everything from workout to workout (doing 5 a week btw). This didnt last very long sadly.

ligandrol supresses testosterone production; enclomiphene increases testosterone. The trick is to take enough enclomiphene or injectable testosterone that you are above or at your natural teststerone levels.

With enclomiphene you wanna be at or slightly above your natural levels and with injectable test you obviously wanna run way more.

so lgd crashes and enclo boost it back up so you dont feel like shit, you could also not use enclo but then you would have no motivation to train or do anything at all.


you will always have side effects with these things.
I would take Test P instead of Test E, The ester in test p is shorter so you have to inject more often (every days). With test E you would only have to inject every week.

Because you inject more often you will have your hormones at a more stable level and you wont experience probably any acne while on it.


anavar wont fuck you up rly but its harsh on the lipids, you could take a small dosage but i would rather stick with lgd4033. its safer overall

test wont do anything for bones.

Dutasteride will save you from skin issues and also use test p to have more stable hormones and thus less issues while on it.
test + lgd is not overkill at all. lgd gives you a very full watery look and a lot of strenght, it awesome sauce.

physique halo is god tier when youre young, im "already" 17 now and im scared of time slipping away. wageslave a bit and hop on asap.

Aromasin to not fuck up your growth plates, that comes with other sides though. Depends on how tall you are, im personally going to risk it at 187cm cause i havent grown in a bit and that extra .5cm wont do it anyways
