yea this, the sedation felt really weird for me it was like i was asleep and not at the same time cause i could feel everything happening and was awake during it but the whole thing felt like 5 minutes and then once it was over it was like i lost all memory of what just happened

Yeah my surgery took over 4 hours and it felt like 20 mins.

I was so giggly lol I was joking with the surgeon telling him stuff. First and only time I’ve been on fentanyl and I would 100% do it again…

Most of his clients are from this site lol.

I’m scared of going under sedation cuz I’m afraid what I will speak about lol, I wish I would just stfu the whole time.

yes, first they have u change into some tiny underwear but they give u a robe to cover up so its not that bad but before the procedure they took me into the room and told me to take it off and they were all just standing there watching and then they put some little bandage thing on to cover it up it was so awkward

im planning to do infras, supras, and temples too with the same guy. Im mainly concerned about infras though cause his before/after pics for them werent anyting crazy. Do u think he injected you with a considerable amount of volume but also well placed? I know ur swollen rn but what are your thoughts

Infras from what I’ve seen have the worst survival rate, in my case I overfilled and if even 30% survived it will be an improvement bc of how much I was lacking to begin with. So far the volume is very good idk about placement I still have bandages on

Doing temples was a big mistake, you should have studied aesthetics a little more first.
I guess it’s not a huge deal just massage the area violently over the next few months (without affecting the pexy).
Also if you can get access, BPC is extremely overpowered at retaining fat grafts.

I really only need supraorbitals and infraorbitals maybe tbh. I don't get this whole new obsession with treating implants as fat grafting

yes u are def right, I saw a few threads mentioning it and then he pointed to it so I just said yea cause I assumed it was popular. I can see how it’s bad now and am hoping it dies. I won’t be able to get bpc until 1.5 month post op, is it still worth it atp?

Actually, I don’t know what to think. It’s swollen now so it doesn’t look that good but I’m still early and I just looked at some more pics of people with full temples and it looks good

Yep for sure 👍
And yeah look don’t stress, he’s kinda low IQ jfl, as I said just light massage in that area will kill / smoothen it out nicely.

I guess it depends, but truely and honestly, I’ve NEVER seen a case where someone has benefited from added temple volume - all it does is reduce perceived PFL and IPD, increase perceived ES ratio (truely brutal) and make a nigga look gay.

I agree it can look much worse depending on one's eye ratios etc

but some people forsure benefit from it

look at this guy for example, definitely benefits him.

@SteveRogers fat grafting is so overrated 1. it didn't even help you that much as you have stated 2. you guys are guinea pigging yourselves as Rattinan overfills like crazy unlike anyone in the world really which = you don't know what the true long term results are. Look at @WrathOfOlives it seems like he's getting the coding jesus discoloration. Fat grafting the upper eyelids doesn't give good results unless you have the perfect combo of lack of fat in upper eyelids and low set eyebrows/projected supras. And the under eyes is only to enhance a good under eye area most people with recessed infras need implants, everyone who went to rattinan is giga fucked in my opinion. I wonder if everyone gets some of these side effects in the coming months/years the glob of fat in the upper eyelid will droop down and theres going to be a minimal difference in the under eyes with discoloration.

Do u think it was invented this year? U realize people have gotten this surgery for decades.. I do agree it’s overrated for supras you need an amazing base plus hunter eyes are a meme on most phenos but to say most people need implants is retarded; implants, especially infraorbital, are the biggest joke with 100x the long term implications compared to fat grafting and most people don’t even need them in the first place.

ofc not but Im not too sure on the long term results of fat grafting done the way Rattinan does. The "overfilling" isn't new but I'm pretty certain nobody else does it to the extent they do it. Like I said people with recessed infra orbitals are better off w infras w/ a small saddle and/or spacer grafts which will also help ppl w/ scleral show. Fat grating is fine to enhance a medium/good under eye area, but most people are going in expecting a drastic result which is 1. impossible 2. prolly more risky to go for a big overfill compared to well done implants. I don't see why it's a joke, if you have a negative vector and scleral show infra implants can ascend your eye area so much. I think we both agree fat grafting is a procedure that gets thrown around in everyones "surgery plan" but it's truly not for everyone.
