yeah but its only temporarily liks 4 weeks. and get your cals from beef to get some quality nutrients. get steps in / cardio on top and get even more deficit.

if your growing prolonged smaller deficit iz worse than quick and short deficit. you can get back into an anabolic state much much quicker.

when u anorexia maxed how much did you eat? you look like if you had done long deficit with low deficit in after, but you did it quicker since u lost weight quick initially and u got bsck to anabolic state quickly.

i did 800 cals for around 3 months and went from 170 to 115

i did 800 cals for around 3 months and went from 170 to 115
good shit, u dropped weight quick and nos your in an anabolic state instead of still being in a catabolic state with a 300 cal deficit and looking worse than now (since less fat loss). you did it the right way. 300 deficit is cope
