im 13 yrs old at a height of 5 8. I grew 5 inches in 10 months. I go gym at school 5x a week. I want to build an aesthetic physique to increase my dimo. I have been looking at old david laid vids for excercises. Could anyone give me a gym split that fits my 4-5 days a week structure with excercises as well. I have naturally wide shoulders but i want to pack on alot of mass as i weigh arouNd 100 pounds. Also can you tell me if i am strong for my ageMy bench is 60kg (135lbs) my DL is 100kg 225lbs and my squat is 80kg
