im 13 yrs old at a height of 5 8. I grew 5 inches in 10 months. I go gym at school 5x a week. I want to build an aesthetic physique to increase my dimo. I have been looking at old david laid vids for excercises. Could anyone give me a gym split that fits my 4-5 days a week structure with excercises as well. I have naturally wide shoulders but i want to pack on alot of mass as i weigh arouNd 100 pounds. Also can you tell me if i am strong for my ageMy bench is 60kg (135lbs) my DL is 100kg 225lbs and my squat is 80kg

Eat in a calorie surplus considering your young, workout 4-5 times per week and if you don’t have the time do a full body split of 3 days a week, make sure your not doing loads of reps and instead try to make the most out of the little reps your doing, I reccomend watching someone like Jeff nippard or any other well known influencer in the lifting space for more tips.

depends of how much you care of your health but at 15 ill do 500 test 300 primo 50 tren 50 var maybe and 8hgh and other thungs like mk and cardarine

Stay consistent your already on the way to have a good physique naturally don’t Js stop
