140lbs and 6ft tall and I still have very a pudgy face at 22 years old, contemplating on just saying fuck it and pay for buccal fat removal, thoughts?

Like people have genuinely suggested me to lose weight when I show my face online for advice, not even in malice, they just have no idea how skinny I already am.

Buccal fat removal will do nothing. The problem is your nonexistent gonions + jaw angle. Prevents your jaw from having any angularity

You need implants or filler
