MK-677 25mg/day (starting today)
Red light therapy (10min/day on knees/wrists)
Skincare: Equilberry, Niacinamide, Glycolic Acid, Melasma cream (hydroquinone 4%), The Ordinary Caffeine Solution, 2% BHA, Azelaic Acid
Wrestling 4/5x/week
Stretching 10min/day
Diet: Currently ~2,500 cal, planning to increase to 3,500-5,000 cal for MK-677 surplus. Adding homemade kefir for IGF-1.
I'm training to focus on height and bone structure first while I'm still 15, and then I can focus on skincare and other changeable things.
Goals: Maximize height (plates still open), clear skin, improve frame.
