Currently pinning twice a week 125 a time, low dose because i dont have AI, if i up the dose to like 350 but rather than pinning twice a week, pin daily, do i still need ai or can i pin 350/week without ai because i pin daily

you are probably closing your gps faster than they should by pinning 250, just get an AI for now I'd lower the dose until I get the AI
