Haven't had my major growth yet. Was 5'4 at 13, Dad is 5'10 and Mum is 5'4.
About 20% percent bodyfat and on a 6-month bulk eating 3500k/cal a day. Lost facial structure and abs from bulking 80kg --> 93kg, 13% bodyfat to low 20%.
Should I cut or will it cook my chances of a growth spurt? I have two brothers one is 5'8 the other is 6'2, 6'2 brother grew from 5'9 to 6'2 at 19.
