Hello! I made a post a few months ago going pretty hard on myself and I did get a lot of tips & good feed back, thanks!

I recently started eating much healthier food and regularly instead of starvemaxxing and lots of junk food. Been out running & walking a lot as well. It’s weird saying this but i’m actually proud of myself? I’ve actually never felt better in my whole life. I just feel healthier, happier and more energetic. I used to feel bloated in the face but i weighted 54kg, not anymore tho!

If i do follow these schedules for 2 weeks i will start paying for a gym membership. I don’t have a crazy goal, but i want a normal body.

I’m not here to seek any attention, more logs for me to look back at.

If you got any tips for me or anything else just throw them at me! i’d love to improve myself!

Nice bro, all I'd say is get a better hair cut, no offence but you have a tall forehead which throws off your facial thirds.

If you run you will have a lot of trouble trying to gain weight.
Other than that don't keep a pedostache (idk if it's the lighting or what) and your forehead is big so keep a haircut that partially covers it.
And going to the gym doesn't mean you want to look like an ogre simply putting on a bit of muscle and getting a bit "thicker" is a great goal.

Upper third is way to big you should cover it with hair

yup, that’s why i’m in for a change! Got my gym membership 4 days ago and i’ve been to the gym for 3 days in a row!

I got gifted creatine from a daily customer at work, started with a dose of that today and i’ve done some research aswell.

Gym is going great and i now weight 57kg instead of 52kg!

i’m actually amazed that my ribs isn’t showing as much before!

Just fix haircut and should be great, try like middle part or smth that covers the forehead since your upper third is very long, and stay clean shaven and you shouldn’t have anything to worry bout then

61kg somehow??
Hungry all day and wake up feeling nauseous because i’m hungry. Weighty at the gym is going up and it’s fun to see, friends i haven’t seen since graduation sees the progress.
My girlfriend pointed out my bicep the other day, couldn’t believe it but it’s almost doubled is size!!

currently sick, i’m eating a lot to maintain my weight. I almost look like a “normal skinny guy” now.

currently at 64kg (1kg away from my goal!)
my t shirts don’t fit anymore and i don’t need to wear a belt on my jeans anymore.

set a new goal till June, want to weigh 68-70kg. Is that possible in 2 months?

it’s going great, thanks for asking! I’m currently at 66,4kg and i barely fit in my clothes anymore lmfao…

i think you will reach 73 by august, just keep on going!

respect. also have hair covering the corners of the hairline of even the whole hairline. its pretty bad. you dont look bad tho
