I can afford premolded cheek and chin implants and was considering doing so soon. After going through dozens of surgeons galleries, I only saw subpar results. There were hardly any male patients too, which made it hard for me to imagine my results. I was wondering if anybody more knowledgeable on the subject could answer a few questions for me, I would be really grateful.

2. Are Cheek and Chin Implants the right decision for my face (purely aesthetic).

3. Surgeons in the AZ or Cali area recommendations?

4. Are premolded implants worth it or should I just keep saving for custom implants (almost like 3x more for the surgeons I was looking at).

I would currently rate you mid to high subhuman. More procedures than paranasal implants are necessary.

Chin implant can be done pretty low-cost relatively well by a low skilled surgeon even. Anything beyond that probably require some one much more skilled and would likely be very expensive. Zelkens in SoCal and has been focusing on facial implants in the past few years. Hes decent.
