No you just have the rib cage of a 10 year old.
Arent your biceps sore when you train back? Might try this out tbh..day 1 - shoulders biceps and forearms
day 2 - chest back and triceps
day 3 - full legs
and so on. Ideally 6 days a week so all muscles get worked twice a week.
