This is like 7-8 months ago if I remember correctly. Just did a lot of lateral raises but I still got long way to go. Also there was a lot of fat on my hips

day 1 - shoulders biceps and forearms
day 2 - chest back and triceps
day 3 - full legs
and so on. Ideally 6 days a week so all muscles get worked twice a week.

this does not look like 53 to me, but it could be just the downward angle
it was a bad angle but yeah it was actually 53. I meant my bidelt growth cause I'm hoping to reach 60 bidelt eventually.
