we know basic S tier muscles for appeal like neck, delt, forearm, lats


but for healthmaxxing, cardio not only good for leanmaxxing but it also has antiinflammatory properties and also increase our cardiac output over time.


There was a study that normal people have 15L of cardiac output while endurance athletes have like 40L of CO, this will physiologically lessen the works on the heart as shown in lowering Resting heart rate. Also it increases cerebral blood flow giving u more mental clarity and cognitive power.


Next targetting calf muscles, also good idea to increase venous pump mechanism on venous return against the gravity.
