if you have sensitive skin i wouldnt use both because it can cause skin issues like dryness and skin flaking

20mg is fine still gets rid of the main cause of acne

i wouldnt use adapalne while taking accutane since itll just fuck up your skin barrier
id stick with just the accutane since it works well on its own

Takes a long time for retinoids to work.. often more about how long you have been on them than dose. Shrinking of the sebaceous glands takes a very long time.

Also suppressing the trash hormone DHT is also very effective for acne, worth considering if you are an adult too with bonus of preventing Norwood.

trust me if you're purging and feel its weak bump up to 40mg and take a normal dose. Purge gets drawn out WAY longer on low dose. If you can take the sides just do 40-60mg. And don't stack retinoid on top. All mistakes I made at first and it fked my skin for months
