They exaggerate tbh. You biggest issues are chin and eye area. For chin you just need genio/implant and for eyes... it will be much harder to fix bro. Definitely fat grafting to fix UEE and if you are brave - OBO.

Depends what you want bro. Good hair and chin procedures makes you 5/10 easily imo, that's not bad. But if you want to go higher, it will be hard ngl.

The only reason why I listen to any of this is because when I go outside no girl looks twice at me and i am invisible and don't get any attention and actually they look away from me like im disgusting figure and plus the traumatic accumulative memories of me feeling powerless, ignored, inferior, worthless because I can't get girls and see others getting girls
