I’m not the highest-IQ looksmaxxer, but I’ll try to give you some advice.

First, let your hair grow out more. Start taking minoxidil. and use ur hair to hide ur forehead.

Second, start going to the gym. You’re really skinny right now, and putting on some muscle would improve your overall appearance a lot.
Your skin also looks a little unhealthy, start taking more care of ur skin and take some sun and beta-carotene.

You’ll probably need some hardmaxxing too. Your chin looks recessed, so filler could potentially help with projection. Your jawline also seems a bit recessed, so jaw/chin filler or an implant could be options.

And start height frauding. I’m 6'0" (1.83 m) and height fraud to around 6'2"–6'3" (about 1.88–1.90 m). You should at least try some shoe lifts.
