I will get a hair system/wig soon. I work in a temp job right now as a customer service agent to afford that hair system and get it but I used to have hair and still struggled to get any attention or success from girls because I am not tall and my face is not good looking or handsome.

Some stuff that was told to me includes: My eye area being bad, recessed chin, baldness, negative canthal tilt, average and possible short height not tall, skinny, needing a nose job, genioplastiy, double jaw surgery to improve my jaw, implants, etc.

I want to do anything necessary to be successful and feel good about myself and not feel like a big loser because of my bad luck. Please be honest and give me advice that help me become attractive. I was struggling even when I had hair. Again, please be honest. If I was physically attractive, I wouldn't be struggling like this with women. I have spent the last 5 years of my life extremely miserable because I can't succeed with women and I keep seeing others outside having success and enjoying their lives, so please help me.
