never rope dude, its not over. lots of jerkoffs here. your best solution right now is going to be roidmaxxing. depending on your age, it could grow bones in your face, but even then, if you hop on like 500 test and 15 growth and smash the gym, that alone should be enough to get the word incel out of your vocabulary. make sure to stay lean though. lots of steroid guides on here, look for a good megathread and do all your research before hopping on though. rep pls

My concern about roids is that they have health implications and saw many many figures in bodybuilding space dying because of their steroids usage.

roping is huge cope. roidmaxxing is literally your best option. all the bodybuilders you see dying from It are on like grams of tren. just take like 500 test and you should be good. its 2026 we have tons of ancillaries for every thing. if youre worried about longevity then you can stay away from orals. those are the most likely to damage your organs.

I know this might sound like cope but before you do anything irriversable go into nature and hunt and live in nature, I think thhat would make you appretiate what you have and although it isn't much some people arere born without the ability to walk or even talk.

Also my test was 1400 a few months ago. I am sure it's lowrt now that i stopped going to the gym and i feel that in my body even.
