Can you talk a bit more about Nardil and how it helped you? Aren’t you worried about totally losing your inhibitions in social situations?
I will begin taking it sometime next week, can tell you more than. But Im not really worried about losing inhibition tbh

I am asking for your opinion. At 19 years I wasted my time on useless things and I regret. I can do a average job for 2-3 years but will not be able to go to UNI as the job is in daytime. Is it worth sacrificing youth for 22 years and get some money or should I hope for CS which is for 4 years but above average pay. ?
Go to uni. How old will be your peers in uni?
 
Not adressing my mental disorders, gaming, wasting youth, not knowing about other antidepressants except SSRIs and SNRIs and that I let my father manipulate me too much

what should be my focus as of now? im 18 and my current goals are to look better and continue w school, but thing is i procastrinate a lot and start playing games or js stay on socials, sometimes I focus sometimes I can't it's weird

I don’t play video games, but they’re fine in moderation.

What are your goals for the next 5 years ? Will you work in the same place have the same routine. Will you do something to change that . Because I’m currently 20 in university , and I don’t want my life to be like that forever

Focus on mental health, school and relationships and make memories. Either play in moderation or sell everything right now. Else you will regret it when you are my age. I quit them at 20 because I was heavily addicted and that was too late. Figure out why your concentration isnt stable. Get your bloods and body checked. See if its your discipline. If nothing helps, get checked for mental disorders like (atypical) depression or ADHD.

sometimes it's js games some it's js social media, i personally think i lack discipline but bc there are days when I can concentrate fully, but what has getting my blood and body checked to do with this? if nothing works after this i'll consider getting checked for mental disorders

It scares me that your age is starting to not sound that far off for me now despite the fact that I've accomplished nothing, still incredibly immature and have no clue what to do with my life. Turned 20 this month

Not really, Ill change my work place soon. About games, I was heavily addicted. They are okay in moderation, but I still wouldnt do it. Everyone has to decide that for themselves.

Implement daily habits. Even if its just reading 1 page per day or 1 push up or save 10 Euros per month. Always have a base. If you have mental health issues, now its your best time to fix them. Work on networking as well. And obviously go out, have fun nights

damn atleast you have the capability to work hard, i just never had the patience for games like i would play runescape but it would all be in vain cause i couldn't play it for more than 3 hours straight without getting tired or bored and that was with all ranked games play like 3 comp games go onto the next game only to realize people deadass dump like 8 hours a day into these games i just couldn't compete. Same goes with work tbh i think i just had infinite opportunities never had to work too hard but still got god tier jobs just at the right time at the right place

You have to decide that. Always listen to your gut. If you want to go uni, do. If you want to work a normal job, do. But always have time in your mind. Always imagine your life 5 years in the future. Work on your physique, yeah. And highest priority is, find out if you have mental health issues and if you do, get them fixed asap. In many cases they wont go away with muh gym. It wasnt enough for me. Some people have really unlucky brain chemistry. I was one of them.

In worst case you ll wake up with 24-25. But its better to wake up with 18-21

honestly no idea what that is but ill give it a try if nothing works, thank you either way
