It's not horsepiss.

Most steorid and compund labs are in China and all non-pharma western sellers import from them and re-sell it at a higher price.
Most people run these non-pharma hgh which is mostly from China and it works and it's not much different from Pharma HgH except the price and dosing.

If u are afraid too much u can get the igf1 and hgh from QorePharm-QoreLabs, it's western but they make their own and it's quite cheap and good too.

It's insane,i had retired this year and had thought i should start saving up for LL because i was 5'8.5.
When u are taller,a stocky broad frame starts to look good because it's more stretched out.


After getting 3.5-4 inches,my growth from stretching became negligible,i found the reason yesterday,spine has two major parts,lumbar and thoracic,u should alternate between them to get growth.
In the beginning i got height from lumbar and then i switched to thoracic and got growth from there,it seems like i need to switch back to lumbar again:feelshah:

Now i can finally be 6'2 and rest in peace.

Stimulating articular cartilage to induce endochondral ossification (this has been shown with the jaw). But otherwise you have to induce some catabolism in the bone and breaking down bone is the way to do it.

Articular cartilage is the same as epiphyseal cartilage, you can clearly see it in a young bone that is still growing.

We need to find out which method is better to induce articular cartilage to proliferate, tapping or clamping.

In other words, LSJL and ankle weight pulling.

Yesterday I have started sprinting putting a lot of pressure on the shin to hopefully cause microfractures that are not too painful. Gonna keep on doing that every 2 days (i also need to leanmax so its cool)
 
some people are trying spinal decompression during sleep with homemade/ordered devices. stretching your disks makes them more able to hold water, and if they hold more water, they increase in height. some people have gained 2 inches and have retained the gains so far.
we dont know:
-how long the gains stay
-how many disks are targeted
-disk height limit

Did u try?? I have been sprinting since an year for 3 kilometers everyday and then i come home and sleep . I noticed hip growth which inturn gave me some height . I dont know whether it is spine growth or hip growth. I have gained nearly 2 inches i was 17.5 when i started . Am 5'11 now used to be 5'8 but still i wont add one inch due to maye measurement issues. My inseam and pants lenght have been same though
 
Theres nothing besides LL
