Wednesday: 700 calories, chest and abs workout
Thursday: 600 caloriees, chest and triceps workout
Friday: 2000 calories of food (hot dogs and chocolate croissants) to replenish my energy and sex drive, back and biceps workout. Clean 20 square meter apartment in the possible case I pull a girl home for sex. Start pre-gaming at 9pm and head to the disco at 10pm alone. Will cold approach until 2am, if no success I end the night at Pizza Hut.
