3 Months on Astaxanthin

I've been on real Astaxanthin 12mg everyday for 3 months and I'm disappointed. It's expensive and nothing has changed.

I think the dosage is just low, from wait I know the proper one is (25 +/- 5) mg and paired with lycopene and beta carotene

Beta carotene color is weird. And 25mg asta would be really expensive
