30 mins post fat grafting and Buccal fat removal

Went to the rattinan clinic in Thailand today, got 2cc of Buccal fat removal and 52cc of fat grafting. It looks like I got Genioplasty and jaw implants, need to do everything I can to make sure this fat survives

I wanted to do fat grafting first as it’s less invasive and I had the deposit paid months ago, will still get the rhino but no implants

You were definitely a candidate for supraorbital fat grafting pre-op, but holy the combination of the swelling process + being at peak fat looks so brutal.

Let us know updates on how you look 3 or 4 weeks from now, I'm definitely interested.

BTW I don't think you were a buccal fat removal candidate. I don't see any meaningful difference.

I think you needed implants.

Since I got fat removed in my cheeks and got fat added in my mandible and chin I’m hoping it will fraud some nice forward growth and make my jaw and chin more dimorphic, all of the small bandages I have on my face are all the injection sites

Curious how it’ll turn out but I think most won’t survive and it’ll be unnoticeable difference on the jaw cuz ofc the doc didn’t overfill your jaw and chin like he did on infras and supras

Did you specifically ask to put more fat on your medial canthus? Some people opt for positive hooding but tell to avoid putting fat on the medial canthus itself, though I think it looks great. Mirin man, good fucking job. I've seen your tiktoks.

Mirin, im planning to get supras, infras, and temples with the same guy in August. Curious to see how grafting the chin would work though. If its injected deep into the bone do you get filler type of results? And would it just look puffy vs chiseled?

And what percent of your current results do you expect to retain for your infras. I have similar volume loss in that area to you right now. Do you think it looks good rn mostly cause of swelling or did he put a substantial amount of fat there?

And some have hooding without fat on their medial canthus like sean o pry.

Did you already underwent Fat Graft Surgery with Dr Hui? Im still unsure on the Jaw/Chin Fat Graft but im for sure getting the Infra Fat Graft and Ptosis fix. He also recommended I should get the Temple Graft too so ill probably add that
