You were telling me humans are not made to eat more than 1.5k a day a week ago.
I ate 4k of whole foods today.

but you aren't eating clean, are you? very hard to hit 3800kcal of actual food on a daily basis

Yes, I was saying BMI is inflated and being "underweight" was much more common, but also they were shorter

But I'm trying this new approach

2 bananas, milk, some leftover pasta: 500 calories
Smoothie: 600 calories
Nuts and raisins: 1000 calories
Sandwich and crisps: 600 calories
Macaroni cheese: 600 calories
Chocolate eclair: 300 calories
Mango: 200 calories

Some days I eat 1500 calories of nuts and don't have something like an eclair

Fuark my lower back is killing me rn. I kind of wanna pay £95 for a lumbar spine x-ray to see if I got scoliosis, but that wouldn't uncover the pain cause. Thoughts?

That's why my ideal diet is just fruits and nuts
It's also a good diet to make your shit smell less I think. Odourless shits are ideal

Fuark my lower back is killing me rn. I kind of wanna pay £95 for a lumbar spine x-ray to see if I got scoliosis, but that wouldn't uncover the pain cause. Thoughts?
Not really expensive. 7$ a day.
If you do indeed have scoliosis (fix your posture dude), what are you going to do with that information?

Probably nothing. But it would at least give me a definitive answer and stop guessing why my hips aren't level etc. Tbh, the right hip is lower, which therefore is unlikely to be related to lumbar scoliosis, as that would usually be left hip (but I think I also have scoliosis, whether in thoracic or lumbar spine). But I only need to see lumbar to see if my tilted pelvis is messing with the spine, as any thoracic scoliosis would be relatively mild

Btw, my left frontal hip bone is 4° higher than the right, which is the same as in this random x-ray:

My posture isn't great, but that's more in the neck
It's been like that for years
I think it's cos I have a long neck and weak as fuck neck muscles or whatever is meant to hold the neck straight, so I end up with nerd neck

That's not relevant to the lumbar spine or my torso asymmetry tho

I have actually improved the symmetry of my torso through awareness of standing symmetrically though. A year ago my right hip stuck out more

Also, I haven't played Fortnite for a few days and might stop because my friend stopped, and my lower right back always starts to hurt, so I'm trying to stay moving more

Tbh I think nuts are easy to consume
I could probably eat 4000 calories of just nuts, but it would be boring and tedious
