Probably nothing. But it would at least give me a definitive answer and stop guessing why my hips aren't level etc. Tbh, the right hip is lower, which therefore is unlikely to be related to lumbar scoliosis, as that would usually be left hip (but I think I also have scoliosis, whether in thoracic or lumbar spine). But I only need to see lumbar to see if my tilted pelvis is messing with the spine, as any thoracic scoliosis would be relatively mild
Btw, my left frontal hip bone is 4° higher than the right, which is the same as in this random x-ray:
