Around early September I really got serious with lifting weights. I was tracking my calories prior, but to optimize my workouts I switched to 2 exercises per muscle group per workout, instead of 1 and up the weekly workouts from 2 Full Body workouts to 3. Then starting on thanksgiving break I started PPL. My chest has always been very weak but by using pre-exhaustion and focusing movements that I felt the most and had the best mind-muscle connection, It actually started growing.
