4 Month Gymcelling Transformation

Around early September I really got serious with lifting weights. I was tracking my calories prior, but to optimize my workouts I switched to 2 exercises per muscle group per workout, instead of 1 and up the weekly workouts from 2 Full Body workouts to 3. Then starting on thanksgiving break I started PPL. My chest has always been very weak but by using pre-exhaustion and focusing movements that I felt the most and had the best mind-muscle connection, It actually started growing.

That's what like 5kg gain, 3kg of fat, 2kg of muscle??

You must have been in insane calorie surplus, v high carbs, and in guessing sone supps (not just creatine and whey)?

yes I am natty, but I gained about 2-5 pounds I was 160.2 on the before picture. I will weigh myself tm morning
Regarding my diet, I maintained my weight and got 1 gram of protein per pound, so 160 grams every day. But I did not cap calories because I'm 16, and I need all the food I can get. I basically ate to being full and focused protein shakes if I didn't hit goals. But I am on creatine, but I got off of it in the after photo bc I've been forgetting :lul:
 
160.2 in the before and the after probably 163/164 ( all weighed in the morning )

send me ur gym plan and I can guarantee you are gymaxxing sub-optimally, and my wrists are about 7 inches if that matters
and I do bodymog a lot of people but I want to be the most aesthetic in my school so I will push for that, but my dick is small so :feelswah:
 
@TeenAscender @Chinacurry I was 163 this morning so about a "3" pound gain but I was sufficiently saturated with creatine in the before, and not on creatine rn so maybe 164 with creatine.
