im 5'10/65 kg and i still look fat af

i need to virusmaxx asap, last time i got sick i lost around 4 kilos just by eating fruits for like 3 days

I'm 6ft and I need to go as low as 65kg to be lean.

Being lean (10% or below) takes a lot.

Just go to the gym more often and have patience. Also bad sleep could also lead to bloating. U should fix that first.
 
I meant go to gym for a long time and have patience 6x per week is good enough. Just do it consistently for a longer time period. U should be lean at around 60kg. The last kgs u lose are mostly from facial fat, that's why it is frustrating

are you eating carbs though? Or are you completely water fasting?
 
I got down to lower than that at 6’2” and wasn’t lean. Some people’s untrained muscle mass is just disgustingly low. You will probably need to use PEDs to ever have a decent body.

im going to gym 6x times a week for 7 months im doing 130 kg squats with 75 bench press

I looked almost ill at 67 kg 178 cm dunno what the fuck you guys look like

I stopped at 62kg, still looked soft and doughy, my arms must have been like 10 inches at this point. Holocaust victim look.

I only got my first abs after doing lots of strength training and a few bulk/cuts up to final weight 75kg which took 2 years. I was lean but not really muscular, and I didn’t have the face to pull that look off. I didn’t get compliments on my body at this time despite being lean with abs.

Then I was plateau’d so I started taking steroids in a TRT dose. Now I’m 85kg and maybe adding 1 or 2kg of actual muscle each year. I still don’t look like a David Laid or whatever, but my body is decent enough to get a lot of compliments.

It helps you not lose muscle on cuts. I would start with SARMS, not roids. SARMS were really new and not well known back when I started roids and I also had a blood test confirming bottom 5% test and bottom 2% free test so I actually needed to be on TRT.

You can do some SARM cycles to reach your natty limit quicker but you’ll come to a point eventually where you lose all your gains between cycles and make no permanent progress. Then you’ll have to decide if that’s big enough for you, or if you want to blast and cruise on actual steroids - or even if you’re happy to just look like a slayer 12 weeks on and 12 weeks off!
