Different muscles groups of legs are split between Sunday and Saturday. Each leg muscle group gets hit only 2 times a week. Bear in mind that 3-day full-body programs schedule training all of the legs 3 times a week. Mine does less legs work.

In my workout plan, upper body gets trained 4 times a week, and each upper body muscle group gets hit 3 times a week. This program has more upper body work than it has lower body work. Upper–lower splits them up equally. My plan mogs upper–lower.

Tbh I won't even lie, it's a good split - especially if you're more shoulder focused on the upper body days

Gymmaxers who train for only aesthetics should just train shoulders, arms, lats, and neck. No legs. No chest. No traps. No core. No back muscles except lats.
