Do you know if resveratrol as any benefits at all or is harmful ?
This guy keeps throwing shade at it and says David Sinclair is full of shot
Apparently it doesn't activate SIRT1 like first claimed, but I think there are other benefits
resveratrol doesnt have great evidence from what i can tell . i dont want to criticize it tho , its potentially overrhyped may have some mild benefits and side effects .
