have you tried dnp? itll make u burn way more calories by doing nothing, u can stack clen and cardarine on top and shred fat insanely quick

every day i eat meats and fruits only. today was a one off and ate like shit. hence why i had to do it. usually i don’t even do cardio

i used dnp before but it just made me hungry asf so i basically ate like 7k cals a day jfl. i still actually lost fat somehow but very minimal and a waste tbh

ive used clen and cardarine but not dnp, no point in it anymore since im 115 pounds currently id just fucking die of starvation like a african child, ive yet to hear anything bad about it though, yk unless ur a retard and take too much

what dose clen did u use?

clen i started with 30ug and built up 10ug everyday until u hit 120ug and then you stop so and let your tolerance go down

no idea im a mentalcel and cant feel anxiety, but the first did i did get tremors and shaky hands but theyre on par with how i get after drinking 200mgs of caffeine so id say they arent very bad

youll get some heart palpitations like 30 minutes after taking it but theyll die down within 1-2 hours and same with the shaky hands

had half a duck so had chinese pancakes

dinner
ate whole packet of mince beef


and then i fucking binged, hence why i have to burn all these vals, since i don’t feel like fasting tmr, although ill prop cals down tmr to compensate some more

it tracks in the panel but its probably bullshit tbh all cardio machines overcount but still probably at least 500 which is 1 pound a week

I also drink chamomile tea and melatonin to sleep bc I am gigahungry at night
right now hunger is manageable but at night its brutal

maybe best fast in morning, then eat in evening so satiated enough to fall asleep, i have the same problem, expept somehow im always hungry jfl. i dont do myself since i just cant seem to supress hunger. i eat 8eggs in morning and that doesnt even satiate me jfl. then like an hour later 400g ground beef 5% and still hungry. then i just fuckin statve. maybe some chicken and fruit also
